How can a teenager get a realID if they don't have a jury summons, utility bill or bank statement?

I have a hyphenated last name i used since i was married...but it's not on the marriage certificate. Things were lackadaisical in 1976. they just said use the name. it's on my social security card and passport. NOT on Marriage Certifiate or any of the "proofs" they list. What can I do?

How about letting people just use their darn licenses to use as proper ID to get a real ID. How ridiculous.

I submitted my renewal for my id, but my payment didn’t go through. I tried to do it again but it’s saying I can’t because I already submitted it. I didn’t get a confirmation email.

THIS IS MADDENING! I am trying to help my friend who's ex girlfriend kicked him out (homeless). She also cut his expired ID and EBT card into slivers. He has no birth certificate, no social security card, no other forms of ID, no real mail, no job yet, no tax returns, no passport. He is able and willing to work, but needs an ID first. I am trying not to give myself a stroke. Do homeless shelters know how to work around this? Does he need a social worker? Requesting birth cert and SS cards require ID. This is why people overdose, kill themselves, or go postal.

For a 16 year old, can the parent provide the proof of residency docs? 16 year old does not have any proof of residency docs yet.

Called the RMV with a question yesterday. I was 32nd in line. So I waited and called again this morning. This time I was 33rd in line. A recording told me my estimated wait was 30 minutes. After a long wait the recording said I was just 10 minutes away from a human. The next estimate a while later said I now had a 20 minute wait.

Totally Discriminatory !! what if someone is homeless and needs to get back on their feet? im not but cant get license back until later this year. brought in ss card , birth certificate. two pieces of MAIL! could not get id ? like what??? they were not utility bills etc. but mail from this WEEK! Wow. Checking the RMV website for Real ID requirements (www.mass.gov/guides/massachusetts-identification-id-requirements) I found a link labeled "required identification." I expected to get to a checklist. Instead, the link went to this video, which seems especially useless for disabled citizens - nothing is being read in the video, and an automated document reader would have difficulty reading off a RUclips video. Then, in the video at 1:13, there's something saying "Use the document checklist" with an unreadably small version of a checklist THAT THE RMV SITE SHOULD HAVE LINKED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. There's no link to this checklist in the description of this video. In fact, there's no description. C'mon guys. You can do better than this.

I can't complete the application. I filled out everything but when I went to the AAA office, my proof was lacking, so I left to get a different document, which I did. When I tried to log or start over and change the name of the documentation I listed on the form, I received a prompt that said you can't access the form or start a new one because you already have a completed form. That's ridiculous. If I make a mistake or need to use a different document to prove who I am, I'm prohibited from completing the form and ? Are you for real? Now what? I can't ever submit an application on line? If that's the case, your system if a piece is garbage.

Does anyone know if I can print my W2, pay stub, and/or bank statement online? My company uses Workday and everything is digital. However, I keep seeing warnings that you have to use originals and no 'photocopies', and printing it off my company's official application seems somewhere in the middle.

If I'm renewing my license, why not just use the existing information you have with my old license and one piece of mail? Bureaucracy bullshit
